Pilgrimage Policy: Terms and Conditions | 2024/2025

We continue with the same promise and commitment for the year 2025. This year, we are excited to announce the following pilgrimages:

 

February 2025: Pilgrimage to Portugal

August 2025: Camino de Santiago

November 2025: Pilgrimage to Portugal and Rome

Introduction: Our Pilgrimages

 

Our pilgrimages are designed to provide not only a spiritual journey but also a welcoming experience, ensuring that every aspect of your trip is carefully planned and executed. From the moment you arrive at the destination airport until your return to the airport for departure, we take care of every detail.

 

Our services include meals, entrance fees to pilgrimage sites as per the itinerary, and airfare. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for any airline-related issues, as we adhere to the policies and guidelines of each airline company. For this reason, we strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to ensure additional security and peace of mind throughout your journey.

 

Here are our terms and conditions, which are shared with all pilgrims in advance. By submitting the deposit, participants affirm their understanding and agreement to these terms. We remain committed to providing the best possible experience for each of our pilgrims.

1. Deposit and Payment

   • An initial deposit is required at the time of registration to secure the reservation. This deposit is considered a commitment to the pilgrimage and is therefore non-refundable.

   • Total pilgrimage costs are non-refundable 60 days before the start of the pilgrimage.​

2. Cancellation Fee

   • In case of cancellation by the participant, a fixed cancellation fee of $850  will be applied, in addition to the refund policy mentioned above.

3. Travel Insurance Recommendation

   • It is strongly recommended that all pilgrims obtain travel insurance to cover possible cancellations, unforeseen events, or emergencies during the pilgrimage.

4. Accommodation in 4-Star Hotels

   • All pilgrimages include stays in 4-star hotels, carefully selected to ensure comfort, quality, and proximity to pilgrimage sites.

5. Full Board

   • Accommodation includes full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), with meals planned to meet the needs of pilgrims, respecting local traditions and any dietary restrictions previously informed.

6. Responsibility for Extra Costs

   • Extra costs (such as minibar, laundry, or services outside the included package) are the responsibility of the pilgrims and must be paid directly to the hotel.

7. Agreement to the Terms

   • All participants are made aware of the terms and conditions through an initial phone call and the deposit submission, which formalizes participation.

8. Pre-Pilgrimage Meeting

   • A pre-pilgrimage meeting is held before the journey begins, providing participants with all the necessary details regarding the itinerary, documentation, logistics, and other essential aspects of the trip.​

9. Depósito y Pago

   • Se requiere un depósito inicial al momento de la inscripción para garantizar la reserva. Este depósito se considera un compromiso con la peregrinación y, por lo tanto, no es reembolsable.

   • El costo total de las peregrinaciones no es reembolsable 60 días antes del inicio de la peregrinación.

10. Tarifa de Cancelación

    • En caso de cancelación por parte del participante, se aplicará una tarifa fija de cancelación de 850 euros, además de la política de reembolso mencionada anteriormente.

11. Recomendación de Seguro de Viaje

    • Se recomienda encarecidamente que todos los peregrinos adquieran un seguro de viaje para cubrir posibles cancelaciones, imprevistos o emergencias durante la peregrinación.

12. Alojamiento en Hoteles de 4 Estrellas

    • Todas las peregrinaciones incluyen estadías en hoteles de 4 estrellas, cuidadosamente seleccionados para garantizar comodidad, calidad y cercanía a los lugares de peregrinación.

13. Pensión Completa

    • Las estadías incluyen pensión completa (desayuno, almuerzo y cena), con comidas planificadas para satisfacer las necesidades de los peregrinos, respetando las tradiciones locales y cualquier restricción alimentaria previamente informada.

14. Responsabilidad por Costos Extras

    • Los costos extras (como minibar, lavandería o servicios fuera del paquete incluido) son responsabilidad de los peregrinos y deben ser pagados directamente al hotel.

15. Concordancia con los Términos

    • Todos los participantes están informados sobre los términos y condiciones mediante una llamada telefónica inicial y la entrega del depósito, que formaliza la participación.

16. Reunión Previa a la Peregrinación

    • Antes del inicio de la peregrinación, se realiza una reunión informativa, donde los participantes reciben todos los detalles necesarios sobre el itinerario, la documentación, la logística y otros aspectos esenciales del viaje.
